"Awwhh...Thank you Foot Correctors, Orthotic Foot Therapy."

Foot Therapy Yes, this is a little cheesy, but with proper foot therapy, your feet will really thank you for finally paying attention to what they are saying.

Actually, it is the sound of your entire body thanking you.

Why? Because when foot posture is incorrect, the entire body structure suffers. Weak and misaligned bones and arches lead to painful conditions throughout the body including knee, hip, back, neck and shoulder pain.

I use to see this all the time in my practice. From a chiropractic perspective, incorrect foot posture also detracts from allowing the rest of the body to remain balanced and well tuned. Like a race car with one tire that was slightly deflated. Over time, it would throw off the alignment of the entire car, slow down the entire system, and create wear and tear on parts that would otherwise be fine.

Assessing the feet, the foundation of your structure, is essential in maintaining proper structure and function and enhancing overall wellness.

Do orthotics aimed at foot therapy really work?

For those sceptics out there, I am glad you are reading this.

When it came to orthotics and foot therapy, I was the BIGGEST sceptic out there. As a chiropractor, I never bought into the idea of orthotics.

Traditionally, orthotics are made as a cast to support your current foot structure, and the concept was that if the orthotic could support your foot, then the client would experience relief.

But this never sat right with me. Why would we want to cast a foot that is already having challenges? How would this correct anything?

In fact, the answer is that it would not correct anything, but it may prevent it from getting worse.

Well, I'm not sure about you, but this was not good enough for me. I wanted correction and a 'fix', not just a band-aid solution.

It was the Foot Correctors technology that produced that very solution.

I myself had been experiencing tremendous foot pain for 2 years prior to finding this company. I was only able to wear certain orthotic-type shoes that made me look like a granny! With the use of the Foot Correctors, Step Forward Foot Orthotic, I was again able to wear any shoe I wanted - pain free!

How does the Step Forward Foot Correctors Orthotic work?

Foot Therapy This particular foot therapy technology came from a Romanian Physician named Dr. Alzner who studied and researched the biomechanics of the foot for over 20 years.

Dr. Alzner recognized that the 3 arches in the 'abnormal' foot needed to be stabilized and strengthened toward a 'normal' foot arch.

Unlike most orthotics whose design made to fit the unbalanced or troubled foot, the Step Forward Orthotic is made in the shape of a 'normal' foot so that in time, your foot will conform to the orthotic and become more normal in shape, structure and function.

The orthotic is designed to support all three arches in the foot, whereas traditional orthotics only support the middle arch. Over time, this lack of proper arch support causes more dysfunction, at the expense of proper correction.

When worn correctly, the muscles will strengthen through isometric contractions and this will coax the ligaments and connective tissue in your foot to realign, thus eliminating fatigue and discomfort.

The Foot Correctors began in 1974 and hundreds of thousands of people across Canada, the United States and other countries around the world have benefitted from wearing this type of orthotic.

Who would benefit from orthotics?

Anyone, from children through to adults and seniors, having foot or body biomechanical challenges may potentially benefit from an orthotic.

To determine if this product is right for you, it is important to have an assessment to see if you are a candidate for orthotic foot therapy

In my experience, however, about 80% of patients benefit from this product; especially if they are already experiencing symptoms.

Orthotics can be overpriced, what is fair?

Indeed, traditional orthotics can be WAY overpriced. And traditional orthotics can break down in a year or two requiring you to purchase another pair. This is called repeat customer retention, and it pads the pockets of many practitioners.

Foot Correctors, Step Forward Foot Orthotics are not like this. They are designed to last and come with a 15 year warrantee. There is a one-time investment cost of $395.

That means that over the course of a 15 year lifetime of your orthotic, you would be saving between $2400 and $3800.

In my books, that is worth investigating further.

How do I get my feet assessed?

Simple, contact me and we can set something up.

I also love to speak to companies about orthotic foot therapy. So if you work for a company with a number of employees that would benefit from hearing about this product, please let me know.

The consultation is free. If the product would not benefit you, then you pay nothing. No loss, but your time.
